บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตบ้านบึง 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในสหวิทยาเขตบ้านบึง 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 136 คน จาก 15 โรงเรียน โดยการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นนำไปสุ่มอย่างง่ายแบบมีสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขต บ้านบึง 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านวัฒนธรรมขององค์กร รองลงมาด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร ด้านการกำหนดทิศทาง ขององค์กร และด้านการนำกลยุทธ์ไปปฏิบัติ ตามลำดับ

2. ข้าราชการครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตบ้านบึง 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูสหวิทยาเขตบ้านบึง 1 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the strategic leadership of school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions of Ban Bueng 1 Campus, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 classified by level of education and work experience. The sample group was 136 teachers from 15 schools in Ban Bueng 1 campus, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample size was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan's table Then take a simple proportional randomization. Tools used to collect this information as a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using a packaged program. The mean, standard deviation, and t-test for independent samples were determined.

The results showed that

1. Strategic leadership of school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions of Ban Bueng 1 Campus, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 in overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all are at a high level. In descending order as follows: Organizational culture, followed by organizational strategy, direction setting of the organization and strategy implementation, respectively.

2. Government teachers with different educational backgrounds found that there were no different opinions on the strategic leadership of school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions of Ban Bueng 1 Campus, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 in overall and each aspect.

3. Government teachers with different work experience found that there were opinions on the strategic leadership of school administrators according to the teachers’ opinions of Ban Bueng 1 Campus, under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 as a whole and different aspects.
